The retired footballer, Louis Saha voiced his recommendation towards Manchester United as he said: “Could Lacazette thrive at United? I think so, it’s obvious he’s done really well in France, he’s scored many, many goals because he can threaten behind, he can score from far, he’s a very clever player’’
“I would say that a big name is not something that is always good for a manager’s experience. Maybe a bit more speed than before, to put defenders on their toes a bit more and to get behind defenders.”

Lacazette has a contract with Lyon which runs until 2018 but this contract might end sooner than expected depending if a good enough offer is launched.

If Manchester United does decide to try and sign AlexandreLacazette, they will face competition from Liverpool as Brendan Rodgers is also interested in signing the French attacker. Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are a few of the other top European clubs that are keeping a close eye on the French forward as they have shown interest in signing the young player.

During Louis Saha’s playing career, he spent 4 years in Old Trafford as he scored 42 goals for Manchester United and helped out the English club in lifting 2 Premier League titles as well as a Champions League trophy.
